    It is our custom to confirm your details with your card issuer. Don’t be alarm, as we endeavour not to delay this process.

    We endeavour to start the process of your delivery as soon the order is accepted. Usually, it doesn’t take more than 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched.

    Whilst we aim that all orders are received on time, delivery to a remote area is not always assured to arrive within the designated shipping timeframe.

    We liaise with our shipping company to reduce the potential effect of delays to our international customers. However, we are not in control for any custom clearance delays.

    Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days is gone since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For your return to be completed we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Once your return is received and we have inspected it, we will send you a notification email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we have approved or rejected your refund.
    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be returned to your original method of payment, within days, this is determined by your payment method provider.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you are yet to receive a refund, check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company or your payment method provider. It varies from bank to bank the processing time before your refund reflects in your account.

    Sale items

    We only allow refund on items that are not on sale.  Items not on sale are qualified for refund, but unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    If you are returning your product, please mail your product by following the return instruction provided with your delivery.

    As locations vary, the time it may take for your exchange item to reach you may also vary.

    We recommend that you If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. This is to ensure we receive your returned item.


    Action Point

    Correction: - Any order over £200 in the UK gets a free delivery. But if you are eligible for the mystery gift worth £35, you have to pay £5 towards the shipping of the gift, but the delivery of your order of £200 and above will be free.

    To be eligible for the mystery gift, you must be the first 50 people to order in one transaction up to £200 from our store when it opens.
